When your subscription is nearing its expiry date, you will typically receive a renewal notification via email, in-app or message with instructions on how to renew. To ensure you receive these notifications, make sure you have an active account and your contact details are up to date.

If your connected services have already expired or you did not receive a renewal notification, please contact the Customer Relationship Centre for assistance.

Online Pack with Data Plan, Wi-Fi Enabled with Data Plan, and Connected Navigation Pro subscriptions will be activated with the start of warranty. Remote, Secure Tracker, and Secure Tracker Pro subscriptions start when an InControl account is activated. To find out when your services expire, log into My InControl website and the subscription expiry dates will be shown on the right-hand side of the home page. Alternatively, login to the Land Rover Remote app and 'Subscriptions' menu can be found under 'More' icon.

You can cancel and be refunded for your subscription within our refund policy window (14 days after the day your subscription is confirmed by us). After this date you are unable to cancel the service.

You can look up the subscription status and expiry dates on the Subscription page in the Remote App. To access it, go to the Home page and tap the button labelled Subscriptions.

Alternatively, you can visit the InControl Website, where your subscription status is displayed on your dashboard.

Go to Settings > All > Navigation settings > Connected services licence. The expiry date and available features are shown here and may vary depending on where the vehicle was purchased. Service expiry can also be checked via the InControl website and Land Rover Remote app.
