When purchasing a new vehicle, you will have access to one or more connected services for a defined period. Vehicles equipped with the Pivi or Pivi Pro infotainment system1 are compatible with below services.

REMOTE APP
Interact with your vehicle from virtually anywhere using the Remote App. Lock or unlock your doors, check vehicle status, and pre-condition your cabin to your ideal temperature before every journey.
CONNECTED NAVIGATION PRO
You'll always be headed in the right direction with Connected Navigation Pro, no matter which route you take. It provides a range of features including, Real-Time-Traffic Information, Satellite Views, Parking Services, Fuel / Charging Services, and more.
ONLINE PACK WITH DATA PLAN
The Online Pack brings smart connectivity and effortless convenience to your drive. Stream music and podcasts through in-car apps, check five-day weather forecasts, and enjoy hands-free control with Amazon Alexa and Connected Speech.

VIEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
You can view your active subscriptions and their expiry dates using any of the methods below.
RENEWING EXPIRING AND EXPIRED SERVICES
When your subscription is nearing its expiry date, you’ll be notified by email, the Remote App, or your in-vehicle touchscreen, with instructions on how to renew via the Services Store.
If your subscription has already expired, or if you did not receive an expiry notification, please visit the Services Store and follow the on-screen instructions to renew.
MANAGING YOUR PLANS AND PAYMENTS
After renewal, you can update your subscription plans and payment methods in the Services Store.
AUTO-RENEWAL5
To turn subscription auto-renewal on or off, visit the Service Store and select Manage Subscription.
PAYMENT METHODS
Go to the Payment Method section to add or update your payment details.
CHANGING PLANS
You can switch to a different subscription plan when renewing a service.
CHANGING VEHICLE OWNERSHIP?
If you're selling, trading in, or transferring ownership of your vehicle, make sure to remove it from your account. This is important to protect your personal data and ensures that auto-renewal for any active subscriptions is turned off.
Please note connected services subscriptions are tied to the vehicle. Regardless of ownership changes, valid subscriptions cannot be transferred to or from other JLR vehicles.

If you're selling, trading in, or transferring ownership of your vehicle, make sure to remove it from your account. This is important to protect your personal data and ensures that auto-renewal for any active subscriptions is turned off.
Please note connected services subscriptions are tied to the vehicle. Regardless of ownership changes, valid subscriptions cannot be transferred to or from other JLR vehicles.

*Pivi, Pivi Pro and InControl features, options, third-party services and their availability remain market dependent – check with your Land Rover Retailer for local market availability and full terms. Certain features require an appropriate SIM with a suitable data contract which will require further subscription after the initial term advised by your Retailer. Mobile network connectivity cannot be guaranteed in all locations. Information and images displayed in relation to the InControl technology, including screens or sequences, are subject to software updates, version control and other system/visual changes depending on options selected. Optional features and their availability may differ by vehicle specification (model and powertrain), or require the installation of other features in order to be fitted. Please contact your local Retailer for more details, or configure your vehicle online.
In car features should be used by drivers only when safe to do so. Drivers must ensure they are in full control of the vehicle at all times.
1InControl account required. To continue using the relevant feature after its initial subscription period, you will need to renew your subscription and pay the applicable renewal charges.
