CONNECTED NAVIGATION RENEWAL OPTIONS
  • I do not have an InControl account​:

    To renew your Connected Navigation Service, you are required to have an InControl account. To create an account and to find out more about InControl visit the InControl help pages.

     

    On completion of registration for an InControl account, your Connected Navigation service can be renewed through the “Renew your Connected Navigation” section below, you will need your VIN and InControl account details to complete the transaction. You can also renew from within the Land Rover Remote App via the 'subscriptions' option. Renewal in the app is available from 30 Days prior to the expiry to 180 days past expiry – the Remote app is available from Apple and Google app stores (search for Land Rover remote).

     

    Once you have registered for an InControl account you will receive Connected Navigation renewal emails at 60, 30 and 7 days prior to service expiry. You will also receive renewal emails on the day and the day after expiry. Follow the instructions in your renewal email to renew the in-vehicle Connected Navigation Service.

  • I have an InControl account​:


    If you have an active InControl account, you will have been notified by email how to renew your in-vehicle Connected Navigation Service. Please review your InControl registered email account and follow the instructions provided.

     

    Your Connected Navigation service can be renewed through the “Renew your Connected Navigation” section below, you will need your VIN and InControl account details to complete the transaction.

  • I do not wish to renew the Connected Navigation Service​:

    If you do not want to renew your Connected Navigation Service then your in-vehicle Navigation will continue to work for route guidance but will not benefit from the advanced connectivity features.

RENEW MY CONNECTED NAVIGATION

For PIVI Connected Navigation, you can renew your subscription by entering your VIN below.

Please note that InControl Account is required to complete the renewal.

For other InControl services, when they reach their expiration date, you will receive an email from Land Rover InControl with a link for you to renew. If you have not received this email or if the link has expired, please contact Customer Services.
