COMPLAINTS
Common questions about raising a complaint, including who to contact for vehicle, retailer, sales or financial concerns, what to include in your complaint, and how to escalate if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
Who do I contact if I have a concern with my vehicle?
-
If you have a concern with your vehicle, please contact your Land Rover Retailer or an Approved Service Centre in the first instance. They are best placed to review your vehicle and provide support. You can find your nearest Retailer here: https://www.landrover.co.uk/national-dealer-locator.html
I have had a poor retailer experience — how do I raise this?
-
JLR and its authorised Retailers are committed to delivering high standards of customer care, product quality and service. However, we recognise that there may be occasions where your experience does not meet expectations. If your concern relates to your vehicle, a service visit or an interaction with a Retailer, please raise this directly with the Retailer or business involved in the first instance. This allows them the opportunity to review your concern and work with you towards a resolution through their own complaints process. If you remain unhappy following their response, you can contact the Land Rover Customer Relationship Centre via: https://www.landrover.co.uk/contact-us.html
Can I escalate further if not satisfied?
-
JLR subscribe to the Motor Ombudsman of Practice for Service and Repair. If you are a customer and you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a dispute in relation to the Service and Repair Code, The Motor Ombudsman can provide a CTSI certified Alternative Dispute Resolution service - https://www.themotorombudsman.org/
