Personal Contract Hire and Business Contract Hire require the return of the vehicle at the end of the agreement in good condition and within the agreed terms. Land Rover Freedom and Land Rover Advance Payment Plan agreements feature the option to return the vehicle at the end of the agreement with nothing more to pay, subject to vehicle condition and mileage.

If you choose to take this option we will need to arrange for one of our representatives to view the vehicle and complete a vehicle condition report. As long as the vehicle is in good condition, and you have not exceeded the agreed mileage, you should only have the agreed fee of £10.00 to pay unless there are any arrears or fees on your agreement.

You must return the servicing record, showing that the vehicle has been serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation and any applicable warranty. If you do not provide this the value of the vehicle will be reduced, and we may ask you to pay this amount. You will also need to return any items or documents supplied with the vehicle, such as the logbook or spare keys. If any of these items are missing we may claim the cost of replacing these items from you.
