USING LAND ROVER SNOW MODE
TRUSTED TRACTION AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON
When the temperature plummets, your Land Rover’s Terrain Response system lets you optimise performance with absolute confidence.
Once selected, the Grass/Gravel/Snow mode assesses gradient, slip and yaw, temperature and pressure to engage intelligent traction on loose or slippery surfaces. This makes your Land Rover one of the best SUVs for driving on snow and ice.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE SNOW MODE?
To select Snow mode from your Terrain Response driving program:
1. Press the Terrain Response button on your cabin’s instrument panel. Your infotainment touchscreen will then display all available driving programs.
2. Touch the appropriate Grass/Gravel/Snow icon on your touchscreen, or rotate the driver’s-side heater control to select the program. The touchscreen displays a confirmation message and the appropriate icon for the selected driving program. The instrument panel also displays the same icon.
When driving in deep unpacked snow rather than packed frozen surfaces, we recommend selecting the Sand driving mode on your infotainment touchscreen.
