As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, our UK Customer Experience Centre phone lines are unfortunately not in operation. We can, however, outbound call and email our customers, so should you wish to speak to a member of the team please contact us on the following email address and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
As of close of business on Tuesday 24th March, all Jaguar Land Rover Showrooms will be closed to protect the health and safety of the public and our colleagues. A number of our Retailers are planning to remain open remotely to manage customer enquiries and provide some online services, which may include video or audio consultations with your chosen Retailer and being able to order a new Land Rover online.
