Roadside Assistance

If the worst happens

Accidents happen. But with our Accident Services Programme you’ll never be far away from an Approved Service Centre, ready to get your Land Rover back on the road.

Fixing things fast

Hassle. Inconvenience. Things you don’t want after an accident. So in just one phone call, we’ll take care of everything for you. Talking to insurers? Arranging collection of your vehicle? Getting you to where you were supposed to be going? Leave it all to your Personal Incident Manager.
Had an accident? Call 0800 521 786. You might want to put that number in your phone. Just in case.

Getting you moving

Mountain passes. Rocky tracks. The school run. If you and your Land Rover are ever stuck, Land Rover Assistance will send an expert technician out to find you. If the problem can’t be fixed there and then, we’ll take your vehicle to the nearest Approved Service Centre or one near your home. Your choice.

Land Rover roadside assistance

European roadside assistance and recovery

Twisting hairpin bends. Coastal roads and hilltop villages.  Europe’s made for exploring. And it’s nice to know if your vehicle is immobilised in Europe and the problem can’t be resolved at the roadside, we’ll arrange for your vehicle to be taken to the nearest Approved Service Centre . And pick up the bill.

Bringing you home

If your Land Rover can’t be repaired in Europe - or the repairs won’t be finished by the time you’re due home - we’ll bring your Land Rover back to the Approved Service Centre nearest your UK address. And pick up the tab, naturally (as long as it’s not more than the market value of your vehicle).

If your Land Rover needs to be kept securely while waiting recovery or repatriation, we’ll pay up to £100 for storage.

Your onward journey

Approved Service Centres work fast. But if your Land Rover can’t be fixed within four hours, we won’t hold you up. We’ll arrange and pay for you to get to your destination.  Or if you’d rather wait until your Land Rover is back on the road, we’ll cover a hotel for you, for up to four days.

A replacement vehicle

If your Land Rover is being repaired after recovery by Land Rover Assistance, we’ll do everything we can to sort you a replacement vehicle for up to two weeks. You’ll just need to show a valid driving licence, and pay a deposit for petrol plus any extra days hire required.

Returning your Land Rover

If we’ve taken your Land Rover to an Approved Service Centre more than 50 miles from your home address, there won’t be any problem getting it back.  We’ll deliver it safely home to your UK address.

The figures provided are as a result of official manufacturer's tests in accordance with EU legislation. A vehicle's actual fuel consumption may differ from that achieved in such tests and these figures are for comparative purposes only.

The figures provided are NEDCeq calculated from official manufacturer’s WLTP tests in accordance with EU legislation. For comparison purposes only. Real world figures may differ. CO2 and fuel economy figures may vary according to wheel fitment and optional extras fitted. NEDCeq are figures calculated using a Government formula from WLTP figures equivalent to what they would have been under the old NEDC test. The correct tax treatment can then be applied.

The figures provided are WLTP. WLTP is the new official EU test used to calculate standardised fuel consumption and CO2 figures for passenger cars. It measures fuel, energy consumption, range and emissions. This is designed to provide figures closer to real-world driving behaviour. It tests vehicles with optional equipment and with a more demanding test procedure and driving profile.

TEL (Test Energy Low) and TEH (Test Energy High) figures are shown as a range under WLTP testing measures. TEL refers to the lowest/most economical figures (with the lightest set of options). TEH refers to the highest/least economical figures (with the heaviest set of options). WLTP legislation dictates that where there is <5g CO2 variance between TEL and TEH, only the TEH is declared.
