What’s included?

       •  A driver portal where you can manage your day-to-day vehicle requirements

       •  MOT (applicable for 48-60mths contracts as included up to 36mths)

What’s not included?

       ‑  Consumables such as oil, windscreen washer fluid, or AdBlue, unless part of         
          scheduled service

       ‑  Replacement of damaged, missing or stolen items
       ‑  Repair of accident damage or vehicle abuse
       ‑  Consequential wear/damage to covered parts that have failed due to lack of/irregular
          maintenance/servicing of vehicle. Including diesel particulate filters (DPF filters) on
          diesel vehicles not operated as per the manufacturers guidelines

       ‑  Paintwork and body damage
       ‑  Repairs due to driver abuse/misuse or induced faults
       ‑  Sat Nav Updates
       ‑  Glass repair

FAIR PLAY TYRE

What’s included?

       ‑  Provided in a Maintenance contract at locations across the UK/via a mobile service
       ‑  No recharge for replacement of tyres with a tread depth of 2mm or less,
          puncture repairs, or tyres with side-wall damage, provided our preferred supplier is
          used

       ‑  Premium-branded tyres
       ‑  Health and safety compliant
       ‑  Winter Tyre Hotel (at additional cost)

What’s not included?

       ‑  Replacement due to damage from a road traffic accident
       ‑  Replacement due to theft
       ‑  Replacement due to malicious damage or vandalism
       ‑  Replacement due to an insurance claim or if fraud is suspected
       ‑  Driver misuse or abuse
       ‑  Replacement with more than 2mm of tread remaining
