Range Rover Evoque transformed our SUV range when it first launched in 2011, and now the dynamic SUV has undergone a breathtaking re-design to include a refreshed exterior and superior levels of capability.
As our smallest SUV, Evoque has secured critical acclaim for its nimble hatchback-like driving style while offering the luxury and refinement befitting of only a Range Rover. Its design-led positioning was radical when it first launched and since then, Evoque has gone on to receive more than 217 international awards and achieve global sales of over 750,000.
Evoque has won the hearts of drivers across the world thanks to its unique blend of luxurious design and off-road capability, and designers and engineers have only looked to enhance this as part of a refresh. Careful to retain its distinctive character, New Range Rover Evoque holds its eye-catching shape and proportions but sees the introduction of a striking reductive design language embodied by a faster roofline, more streamlined silhouette and arresting clean lines along the body, for a more contemporary and premium feel.
New Evoque takes the off-road credentials of its predecessor even further, with the cutting-edge ClearSight Ground View1 technology; introducing innovation never before seen in this segment. Optional ClearSight Ground View1 offers vision through the bonnet and under the front wheel arch to project what lies beneath, be it potholes, kerbs or treacherous terrain if you are off-road, giving you the confidence to go further than ever before. In addition, enabling improved visibility from the driver’s seat, optional ClearSight2 features rear-positioned cameras that work in tandem with the interior rear view mirror to provide unrestricted views of the road behind you, even with a trailer in tow.

While New Evoque’s sublime exterior will turn heads, compelling design detailing is mirrored inside the vehicle to ensure ultimate enjoyment for you and your passengers. As a new addition to our range of luxury upholstery materials, New Evoque comes with the option of a brand new responsibly sourced fabric, called Eucalyptus Textile and UltrafabricsTM, which offers a sumptuous finish. Integrated seamlessly with interactive technology, such as optional Touch Pro Duo3 and Interactive Driver Display as the central hub for all your entertainment and navigation4, Evoque promises a responsive journey, before, during and after you travel.

Exterior design
The unique charm of our compact SUV has evolved, taking on key design cues from its larger sibling, the Range Rover Velar, created with a reductionist design language that focuses on clean lines and a minimalist approach.
Meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail has been paid to every feature of New Evoque’s exterior, including the introduction of Flush Glazing, allowing for the seamless positioning of the windows within the car’s body panels, flush deployable door handles that smoothly emerge from inside the door panels, and precise shut gaps to create a crisp and uniform silhouette.

The R-Dynamic bodystyle offers even more jewel-like detailing, with a unique Burnished Copper finish on the bonnet and side vents and exhaust finishers for a sporty and athletic feel. Exclusive to First Edition, you can offset the rich copper details on your Evoque with Nolita Grey, a muted grey exterior paint colour with a shimmering metallic finish. Other colours available on First Edition include Seoul Pearl Silver and Yulong White.
The super-slim optional Matrix LED headlights are sleek in design and are adaptive by nature. The light stream casts a shadow over oncoming traffic to help prevent dazzling, while splitting the main beam into vertical strips for ultimate visibility, and ensuring a distinctive on-road presence.

While accentuating the fast roofline that makes Evoque so distinctive, engineers have used the opportunity of a redesign to repackage the rear of the vehicle. An additional 20mm in the length of the wheelbase allows for an increase in rear legroom, ensuring that Evoque feels spacious and comfortable for your passengers, while delivering all the benefits of a compact SUV.
Similar improvements can be found in the loadspace, where an increase in volume compared to the previous generation ensures you can comfortably fit two golf bags or two medium sized suitcases.

Interior and technology
New Evoque’s interior is skilfully balanced, to showcase futuristic precision and the classic lines that distinguish it as a Range Rover, in equal measure.
The central focal point of the interior is the optional Touch Pro Duo3 infotainment system. The 10" dual high-definition touchscreens allow the user to view required information whilst simultaneously being able to interact with additional features, ensuring connectivity and control is at your fingertips4.
What’s more, New Evoque features the welcome addition of Apple CarPlay® and Android AutoTM as part of the optional Smartphone Pack, giving you control over apps including Spotify, Audible, hands-free SMS messaging, phone and Apple Music via the touchscreen when connected with a supplied cable. To make selecting your favourite playlist, podcast or audiobook even easier, these features can be voice activated by using the touch sensitive controls on the steering wheel4.

All in-car features should be used by drivers only when safe for them to do so. Drivers must ensure they are in full control of the vehicle at all times.Elsewhere in the cabin you have the opportunity to personalise the premium upholstery with a choice of five materials and 18 colour and trim choices. Sustainable natural textiles are ideal as a conscious choice, including the new Eucalyptus Textile and UltrafabricsTM, created using processes that conserve raw materials. For an even more premium finish, you can opt for Kvadrat5, a highly durable and luxury wool-blend fabric made entirely from recycled plastic bottles and fibres.
Tying this all together is the optional Panoramic Roof which stretches the full length of the cabin to flood the interior with natural light, making it a bright, welcoming place for you and your passengers. The choice of a sliding6 or fixed panoramic roof is yours, as is the colour of the roof as viewed from the exterior.

Capability and performance
Providing accessible luxury for the city and beyond is part of this vehicle’s mission statement and New Evoque has been fine-tuned and enhanced with cutting-edge technology to not only improve efficiency but ride, handling and performance too.
All automatic transmissions feature Mild Hybrid Electric (MHEV) technology which combines the internal combustion engine with a parallel hybrid motor to allow the engine to turn off when not fully engaged for improved fuel efficiency. The MHEV technology has been expanded for the New Evoque, to not only capture energy through the Stop/Start system, but also whenever the car is coasting and during braking. Energy is then redistributed to improve acceleration.
While New Evoque’s compact size enables you to navigate condensed towns or cities with ease, its light weight also makes it ideal for travelling across ice, sand and snow. Featured as standard on models with automatic transmission, the Terrain Response 2 control system empowers you to venture off the beaten track with even more confidence.

Using sophisticated intelligence systems to analyse the driving conditions underneath you, Terrain Response 2 adopts the most suitable terrain programme entirely automatically. The control system changes the suspension settings and throttle response, on sand for example, by maintaining momentum through heightened engine and gearbox response, or on harsh terrains, delivers softened accelerator response for maximum control. What’s more, New Evoque remains top of its class for capability with an increase of 100mm in wading depth, offering up to 600mm.
New Evoque is renowned for being sporty and fun to drive, which makes the Active Driveline technology7 such an integral feature when it comes to enjoying your driving experience to the full. Described as the world’s first ‘on-demand’ four-wheel drive system, Active Driveline enables the vehicle to automatically switch between front-wheel drive on stable ground, to four-wheel drive on harsh terrain, in as little as 300 milliseconds. This feature helps lower fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, while ensuring a responsive and agile drive in the city and beyond.
